Whether you need express delivery or next-day delivery, our goal is to provide you with a seamless and reliable experience. Please review the following information regarding our shipping and delivery services.

1. Delivery Options

We offer two flexible delivery options to meet your business needs:

a. Express Delivery

  • What it is: Get your supplies delivered in the fastest time possible, often within a few hours of placing your order.
  • Availability: Available for select locations. Orders must be placed before 7pm to qualify for same-day express delivery.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery typically occurs within 1hr from the time your order is confirmed.
  • Fees: Additional charges may apply for express delivery based on location and urgency. The fee will be calculated at checkout.

b. Next-Day Delivery

  • What it is: Place your order today, and have it delivered by the next business day.
  • Availability: Available for all locations within our service area. Orders must be placed before 11am to qualify for next-day delivery.
  • Delivery Time: Deliveries are made between selected slot time on the next business day.
  • Fees: Free next-day delivery is available for orders above Rs. 699. Orders below this value may incur a delivery fee, which will be shown at checkout.

2. Delivery Areas

Restrofy currently delivers to the following areas:

  • Dehradun (Premnagar, Nanda ki Chowki, Sudhuwala, Jhajra, Kolhupani, Pondha, Kandoli, Bidoli).
  • Express delivery is also available in above areas .

3. Order Cut-Off Times

To ensure timely delivery, please note the following order cut-off times:

  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed by 12am to be eligible for next-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Express Delivery: Orders must be placed before 7pm to qualify for express delivery on the same day. Orders placed after this time may not be eligible for express service.

4. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you do not receive this email or need further assistance with your order, please contact us at [Insert Email] or call us at +918433201191.

5. Delivery Issues

a. Missed Deliveries

  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you. If the delivery cannot be completed, we will reschedule for the next available time.
  • If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, additional delivery fees may apply.

b. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, there may be occasional delays due to factors outside our control, such as weather or traffic conditions. We will notify you promptly if your delivery is delayed.

c. Incomplete or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the missing items to be delivered or replace any damaged products at no additional cost.

6. Shipping Fees

a. Next-Day Delivery

  • Free for orders over Rs. 699.
  • A flat fee of Rs. 50 applies to orders below this value.

b. Express Delivery

  • Express delivery fees vary based on location and order size. The exact fee will be calculated during checkout.

7. Tracking Your Order

For next-day delivery orders, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your order’s progress online.

For express delivery, you will receive live updates and notifications about your order’s status via email or SMS.

8. Special Instructions for Delivery

If you have any special delivery instructions, such as preferred delivery times, specific drop-off locations, or gate codes, please include this information during checkout. Our delivery team will make every effort to accommodate your requests.
